Detailed report on your roof, with problem analysis, and at least 4 drone pictures. (Usable for insurance, home sales, etc.)

Includes:

• (Local; Los Angeles, CA area)

• Full property measurements,

• room-by-room measurements of the existing home,

• ADU designs based on already approved local ADU plans.

Designs include:

• the Existing Plot plan,

• Existing Floor Plan, and

• designs for the new ADU on your property.

You will get:

1. PDF file consisting of 2 pages showing the above.

2. a 3D walk-through app to view the above.

3. (optional for $50 extra) designs printed out on full ARCH C - 18”x24” paper and delivered in a tube to you.

(Homes greater than 2000 sq. ft.)

Includes all in the above “ADU (simple) designs” with the following additions:

1. Front and Side elevations.

2. Landscaping, major trees, etc.

3. All designs printed out on full ARCH C - 18”x24” paper and delivered in a tube to you.

I will travel to your area and do the above.

Pricing is based on availability, deadline needed by, travel time, etc.
